AV-Tech Tube Industry holds ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certification for the manufacture and supply of stainless steel, alloy steel and carbon steel cold finish seamless tubes and pipes — straight, corrugated, U tubes and coil form.

Raw material
Stringent procurement against grade chemistry, with heat-code identity maintained from receipt.
Forming
RM Procurement, then Cold Process through dies and mandrels for accuracy.
Heat treatment
Solution annealing and bright annealing to restore ductility and deliver a clean, smooth bore.
Finishing
Straightening, Cutting, Pickling, passivation, mechanical polishing or electropolishing to the specified Ra.
Inspection
Dimensional, visual and NDT checks, then marking, protective packing and documentation.
