STAINLESS STEEL SEAMLESS TUBES

Seamless Coil Form Tubes

Continuous lengths of seamless tubing wound into compact coils, ideal where space saving and high pressure resistance are both required.

OD 6 – 19.05 MM WALL 0.6 – 2.11 MM COIL UP TO 250 M 304 / 304L / 316 / 316L CUSTOM ANNEALED
OVERVIEW

One continuous length, no joints in the run

Coil form tubes are produced seamlessly without welds for uniform strength, then wound into coils that ship and install in far less space than straight lengths. Removing intermediate joints from a long run removes the leak points with them.

Coil lengths run up to 250 metres depending on size, with custom annealing so the coil remains flexible during uncoiling. Polished finishes are available where cleanliness matters.

Depending on size, coil form tubing can handle pressures up to thousands of PSI, which is what makes it the default choice for instrument and hydraulic runs in congested plant.

KEY ADVANTAGES

Why coil form

01

Space saving

Long continuous runs ship and store in a fraction of the space of straight lengths.

02

Fewer joints

Continuous tubing removes intermediate connections and the leak risk they introduce.

03

Pressure capability

Seamless wall supports high working pressures in compact installations.

04

Uncoiling flexibility

Custom annealing keeps the coil workable during installation.

APPLICATIONS

Where coil form is used

Instrumentation and control lines in congested plant
Hydraulic systems requiring long uninterrupted runs
Chemical processing transfer lines
Oil and gas installations where space and pressure both constrain the design

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Seamless Coil Form Tubes — common questions

How long can a single coil be?

Coil lengths run up to 250 metres depending on size, wall and handling constraints.

Will the coil stay flexible during installation?

Yes. Coils are custom annealed so they remain workable while uncoiling, without loss of mechanical properties.

What pressures can coil form tubing handle?

Depending on size and wall, coil form tubing can handle pressures up to thousands of PSI, because the wall is seamless throughout.

Why use coil instead of straight lengths?

A continuous coil removes intermediate joints from a long run, which removes the leak points with them, and it ships and installs in far less space.
