Seamless Straight Tubes & Pipes
Round, hollow sections made without any weld seam along the length, supplied as straight lengths for piping, heat exchanger, hydraulic and instrumentation service.
Higher strength, pressure integrity and corrosion resistance
Seamless straight tubes are formed by Extrusion/ Piercing a solid billet, then Cold finished so there is no longitudinal weld. They are used where higher strength, pressure integrity and corrosion resistance are required compared with welded products.
Tubes are Dimentionally stringent by outside diameter and wall thickness; pipes are usually specified by nominal bore and schedule. Small tubes from 6 to 25.4 mm serve instrumentation, capillary and small-bore hydraulic lines, while general process tubes up to 60.30 mm serve heat exchanger, boiler and plant piping duties.
Cold finish through dies and mandrels improves dimensional accuracy, surface finish and mechanical properties, which is why it is preferred for high-precision tubing. Hot-rolled seamless is used for thicker walls and larger diameters.
Why buyers specify seamless
No weld line
A fully homogeneous wall removes the leak and crack risk associated with a weld zone.
Higher pressure ratings
Better strength-to-weight ratio and fatigue resistance than welded pipe of the same size.
Corrosion performance
Superior resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in high-pressure and high-temperature lines.
Precision tolerances
Cold Process delivers tight OD and Wall control with a smooth internal surface.

What is the difference between a tube and a pipe?
Tubes are Dimentionally stringent by outside diameter and wall thickness, while pipes are usually specified by nominal bore and schedule. Both are supplied seamless from the same mill route.
Why choose seamless over welded straight tube?
A seamless tube has no longitudinal weld, so the wall is fully homogeneous. That gives higher pressure ratings, better fatigue resistance and no weld-zone leak or crack risk.
What lengths can you supply?
Any Length Upto 12 Mtr, straight lengths are available, and cut-to-length is possible against a firm order.
Which documentation is included?
Every consignment ships with mill test certificates to EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2, heat-code marking on the tube and a dimensional inspection record.
