We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and supply your order. This page explains what that is, why we hold it and how long we keep it.

CONTACT
Email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country
ENQUIRY DETAIL
Product, grade, OD and wall, quantity, standard, finish, testing and documentation requirements

We do not seek sensitive personal data through this website. Please do not include confidential drawings or commercially sensitive documents in a first enquiry — we will agree a secure route with you where needed.

3. How we use it

To assess feasibility and prepare a quotation for your requirement
To correspond with you about specifications, lead times and documentation
To process and fulfil orders, including inspection and shipping documentation
To meet statutory, tax, export and quality record-keeping obligations
To maintain and improve the website

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use enquiry data for unrelated marketing without your agreement.

4. Basis for processing

We process your information to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract, to perform a contract once placed, to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate interest in operating a manufacturing business and responding to trade enquiries.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We share information only where it is necessary to serve you or comply with law:

Third-party inspection agencies and testing laboratories where your order requires it
Freight forwarders, customs brokers and banks handling your consignment and payment
Certification bodies conducting audits of our management systems
IT and email service providers who host our systems under confidentiality obligations
Google (Google Analytics), as our analytics processor, but only where you have consented to analytics cookies (see section 9)
Government authorities, courts or regulators where disclosure is required by law

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined under United States state privacy laws.

6. International transfers

We are established in India and process your information in India. If you contact us from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or elsewhere, your information is transferred to India for the purposes described above.

Where such a transfer is subject to EU or UK data protection law, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable, and apply supplementary technical and organisational measures. A copy of the relevant transfer mechanism is available on request.

7. Retention

We keep information only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for, or as long as law requires:

UNCONVERTED ENQUIRIES
Up to 24 months from last contact, then deleted
ORDER AND QUALITY RECORDS
As required by tax, export, contractual and ISO record-keeping obligations
SERVER LOGS
Short-term, for security and diagnostics only

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including access control on business email and enquiry records, encrypted transport for the website, and confidentiality obligations on staff and service providers. Where a personal data breach is likely to cause harm, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority and affected individuals as required by applicable law.

9. Cookies and analytics

Strictly necessary storage is used to operate the website and to remember your cookie and language preferences. Non-essential cookies — currently analytics only — are set only after you consent through the cookie notice, and consent can be withdrawn at any time using the notice controls (the "Cookie notice" link in the footer) or by clearing cookies in your browser.

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-SRVCC2WWHW), provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. The Google Analytics script is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies; until then it is not downloaded or run and no analytics cookies are set. It then sets first-party cookies — typically _ga and _ga_<id> — to distinguish visitors and sessions. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses, and we send a Google Consent Mode signal so measurement is enabled only after consent.

_ga
Google Analytics — distinguishes visitors. Expires up to 2 years.
_ga_<id>
Google Analytics — persists session state. Expires up to 2 years.

Google processes this data as described in its Privacy Policy; you can also install Google's opt-out browser add-on. Analytics data may be processed on Google servers outside India, including in the United States, under Google's data-transfer safeguards.

We honour browser-level opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track: when we receive one, the banner is suppressed and analytics stays off.

10. Your rights

Your rights depend on where you are. We apply the following without charge and respond within the statutory period — one month under EU and UK GDPR, and 45 days under United States state privacy laws, extendable where permitted.

European Economic Area and United Kingdom — EU GDPR and UK GDPR

Rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdrawal of consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority, or with the Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom. We do not use your information for solely automated decision-making that produces legal effects.

India — Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

Rights to access a summary of your personal data and processing, to correction, completion, updating and erasure, to nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity, and to grievance redressal. Contact our grievance officer below; if unresolved, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India. Where processing rests on consent, notice is given in plain language and consent may be withdrawn at any time.

United States — California and other state laws

Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, and comparable laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and other states, you may request to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, request deletion or correction, and opt out of sale or sharing and of targeted advertising. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not discriminate against anyone who exercises these rights. Authorised agents may submit requests with proof of authority.

To exercise any right, email info@avtechtube.com with the subject line "Data request". We may ask for information to verify your identity before acting, and we will not use that information for any other purpose.

11. Children

This is a business-to-business website. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children as defined under the India DPDP Act, the EU or UK GDPR, or applicable United States law. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Updates

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our processing or in applicable law. The last updated date above shows when this version took effect, and material changes will be communicated where we hold your contact details.
